We provide delicious + healthy, light but substantial, meal option. In tending to our business, we strive to make the best tasting bowls and smoothies people have ever had.

Our Standards

We provide design/decor guidelines adhering to our strict Happy Bowls' standards. These guidelines provide an approved list of suppliers of the following equipment:
fixtures, fittings, uniforms,
menus, tools, signs, etc.

With presence in New York + Puerto Rico, all of our locations have an active, casual atmosphere + youthful presence, aligning with our vision of happy + healthy lifestyle.

INVESTMENT

Becoming a Happy Bowls franchise owner may require less capital than you think!


FRANCHISE FEE

This is what you, as investor, pay to operate a franchise, enjoying the profits therein. In return, the franchisee may enjoy the use of our system + name for a limited time, as well as assistance.

DEVELOPMENT

Development fees cover cost of training, recruiting, territory analysis, site identification, specialized equipment, stationary, + franchise launching, among other operational costs.

ROYALTIES

This is an ongoing franchise fee, recorded monthly or weekly. This fee is a percentage of the gross sales revenue of the business with a measurement period matching the timing of the payment obligation.

MARKETING

Marketing fees are collected to advertise the franchise system. Our marketing fee is based upon a percentage of gross or net sales. This fee is currently set at
4% of gross sales.

LOW INITIAL INVESTMENT

Our rates are fully competitive in their category. We offer the opportunity to leverage the rise of super fruit products against our proven formula of high quality ingredients + friendly service.

SMALL PAYROLL

You only need 2-3 people per store to start operating our franchise on a regular schedule of 8 hours. This allows substantial savings in overhead (payroll) as you begin your business.

LOW OPERATIONAL COST

Our franchise does not require cooking. Without hot meals or products to prepare, energy costs are greatly reduced, as well as other fees like water, cleaning and general maintenance.

ERGONOMIC SPACE

Our franchise does not require as much space as a traditional food service facility. We prefer to develop comfortable practical areas that allowing for fast, direct + personalized service.
